Ordering of Visitor Parking Permits

Scratch & Display Permits

‘Scratch and Display’ car parking permits are available for the use of official visitors to the Parkville Campus and nearby University parking areas. Faculty/departmental staff with expenditure authority should order these permits in bulk and in advance of their requirement.

Requests for stocks of these permits should be submitted via the internal ordering system on Themis. A mock up of a completed Themis order is available Internal Order Form Completed (PDF, 99kb).

The permits are individually numbered, and ordering staff are required to keep note of their issue to visitors. Ordering staff should also be aware that they should order only sufficient stocks for around 6 months normal usage at a time, as the manufacturer states that the scratchable material becomes difficult to use after about 12 months.
