Permit types

Annual

Will be issued to the end of a contract period, or less, but not less than one month.
Such a permit allows access 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to carparks, but does not guarantee a free space is available.
Staff who pay for permits by lump sum in advance and staff on contracts, less than 2 years, will be issued this type of permit.

Long term

For staff with continuing tenure or on contracts of two years or more who pay fortnightly by salary sacrifice, these permits will be issued from commencement to termination.
Such a permit allows access 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, but does not guarantee a free space is available.

Staff provided with permits to park off campus, in the area selected, will have 24 hours per day, 7 days per week access , but no guarantee of a free space being available.
These staff are also permitted to park on the central campus from 5.00pm on weekdays and at anytime on the weekend.
Fees may be paid by cash, cheque or credit card.

Students

These permits are for on campus access after 5.00pm Monday to Friday and at anytime over the weekend and public holidays that are also University holidays. Students must be currently enrolled and proof must be provided on application.
There is no cost for the actual permit but you are required to pay a non-refundable processing fee $20.00.

Sports Members

These permits are for access on campus from 5.00pm Monday to Friday and at anytime over the weekend.
Fees may be paid by cash, cheque or credit card.
