Applying for a permit - staff
You will be required to complete the application form found on this website or obtain a hard copy from the Parking Office on extension 46112.
Step 1
Am I eligible ?
If YES complete form (link to relevant form as above)
Step 2
Send completed form in the mail to: Parking Office, Property & Campus Services, The University of Melbourne 3010.
Step 3
Await Parking Office advice that the permit and access card is ready for collection.
Step 4
If paying by cash - on advice from the Parking Office that the permit/card is ready for collection go to the Parking Office, 213 Grattan Street.
If payment is by salary sacrifice/credit card/cheque await arrival of permit/access card in the internal mail system.
Access Card
If you hold a building access card parking will be added to that card, if not a card will be issued.
If you lose or damage your card you may be required to pay a replacement fee of $20.00.
Remote Control
A remote control may be required for access to some of the smaller car parks for which a $50 deposit is required.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card.
