2007 Emergency Evacuation Drills

BEC's Please be aware all 2007 evacuation drills are now being scheduled into an allocated quarter of the year 2007 Parkville Drill Schedule. Each and every building has been allocated a time-frame to have their 2007 drill completed. The EMC will contact the relevant BEC's at the beginning of their quarter to have the drill organised.

All drills are closely coordinated with the assistance of the University's "Fire Services Technicians" in the Maintenance Dept. and as a courtesy to them all drills are required to be scheduled into their current workload.

**Note: It is a legal requirement that each and every University building participates in at leat one evacuation drill per calendar year, and most importantly has an evacuation report submitted to the EMC for recording purposes.
