Emergency Management at the University

Welcome to the Emergency Management website for the University of Melbourne.

Hazards exist within all environments whether they are recognised or not. The need to prevent, respond to or recover from these hazards requires that we all actively participate in the emergency management process.

This website contains emergency response information and procedures, training course details, and advice for everyone who works or studies at the University, especially our Wardens.

Website changes from July 2008

The Emergency Management website is undergoing a redevelopment in mid 2008 to improve both its usability and maintainability.

The first stage of changes involves the simplification and consolidation of training, publications and equipment request information into a new category called Services, and was completed on 8 July 2008.

For more information see the Website news page. Should you require any assistance please contact the Emergency Management Coordinator.
