Emergency Management Helpdesk

The emergency management helpdesk is a system used to track emergency management issues. The issues are stored in a database and managed by the Emergency Management Coordinator under different categories. Using this database of issues will help manage the large number of questions and issues received by this section.

If you submit a request for a publication, evacuation map, or an item of warden equipment, it will be added as an issue in this helpdesk. An issue number will be allocated and the submitter emailed with the details of the issue. We have limited staff to answer and process these issues so please be patient.
