Cyclic Events Checklist
EHS cyclic events are processes/tasks that occur at regular scheduled times and are required in order to meet legislative and/or University of Melbourne EHS requirements. A Cyclic Events Checklist assists a department, division or entity to manage and track its EHS cyclic events. Your EHS Cyclic Events Checklist may be requested when you are subject to EHS Audit.

- Cyclic Events Checklist: Biological Laboratory EHS Review Schedule[.doc]: This sample checklist includes EHS processes that are common to Faculties that have biological laboratories and need to be considered in addition to the Administrative processes.

EHS Monitoring Equipment Register
If your area owns or controls equipment that is used for health & safety-related inspection, measuring or testing, you should use the EHS Monitoring Equipment Register to record calibration requirements for the equipment. Your Cyclic Events Checklist should include periodic review (at least yearly) of the EHS Monitoring Equipment Register.
