Information and the System Access Form for Themis Responsibilities in general are available from the Themis website. Note that some of the responsibilities listed below are not available via the ordinary Themis System Access Form.

Responsibilities required to report, acknowledge, or finalise an EHS incident
These functions are available from the UOM Staff Self Service and UOM Supervisor Self Service menus. Staff should usually have these responsibilities where appropriate as a matter of course. Should you believe you should have either of these responsibilities, but do not, please discuss with your supervisor or Themis Service Desk.

Responsibilities required to perform oversight duties as an EHS Adviser/Manager in the EHS Unit
This function is performed by UOM EHS Incident Report Super User responsibility. This responsibility is not usually allocated to staff outside the EHS Unit, and is not allocated via the ordinary Themis System Access form. An access form is held by the EHS Unit.
